My experience with Dr. Provencher and his team for my reverse shoulder replacement could not have been better. The entire process was very professional with very good attention to any questions or necessary information needed. Post operative recovery was very linear, with the provided milestones occurring exactly as discussed. Final results exceeded my best expectations. I would not hesitate to have Dr. Provencher repair my other shoulder if it were to become necessary to do so.

I tore my MCL/ACL during a skiing accident on Mt. Hood in Oregon in 2021. I had ACL surgery in Portland, OR in April 2021 and the surgeon also reconstructed my MCL with an allograft, tethering it too tight and too thick. Dr. Provencher and his team are fantastic!!! I drove from out of state in 2020 to see Dr.Provencher about my complex knee situation. He spent a considerable amount of time with me and though he isn't able to do my knee operation, he has been a tremendous help in trying to find me another surgeon, which has been a long and stressful process. Whenever I need assistance I can email or call the office, and I always get a prompt and courteous response. I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Provencher and his wonderful team!
