Poteet took my $400 check and never showed up in court. He even blocked me on Fb today when I brought it up publicly. I would have never known, but Caldwell County Sheriffs department showed up at my home with a warrant for the unpaid speeding ticket. I showed them my receipt to Mr Poteet and they told me to have a nice day, and that I could TAKE HIM to court for legal actions. Don’t choose this clown to represent you in court.
