Dr. Urukalo recommended MLS laser treatment for my chronic pain on the upper part of the left foot. I was in so much pain that it was difficult for me even to walk properly. I was surprised that the MLS laser treatment helped alleviate my chronic pain in the upper part of my left foot. Dr. Mechineni is an excellent surgeon. I had my surgery done by her and was very pleased. She exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend her. She is a great Doctor.

Austin Diagnostic clinic has hit a new low. The doctors I have used there for 22 years are excellent but the administration is incompetent, in the dark ages or just doesn't care about the patient.. The phones have excruciatingly long hold times and the portal is useless. The latest changes on the portal were made unusable. This has been going on too long. Shame on all who are responsible for not caring about patients.

1. She was late to my appointment, although I was one of her first cases. She gave no excuse or apology. 3. She charged excessively, for both a medical visit and "surgery" -- details on how to address my problem. In fact, no details were given. Greedy, greedy. 4. Ridiculous hold times to make an appointment. I was on hold for 42 minutes to reschedule an appointment. An appointment that they SCREWED up in the first place. Why can’t we call the Doctor’s office directly to make an appointment?? Obviously a call center for the entire clinic isn’t efficient. So utterly frustrating!!!

I am simply unable to make an appointment with my doctor (Mechineni). I tried to do it online as is suggested, and got an email saying that someone would contact me to confirm the appt. No contact from anyone. I've tried calling and am on terminal hold. When I finally got through to a person, it wasn't the person who could make an appt, and I faced another terminal hold. Five weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for an annual check up using their online system. Yesterday, four days before my appointment, someone leaves a voicemail that it needs to be rescheduled because the time slot isn't long enough for an annual check up. I've now spent about two hours trying to get through to their appointment scheduler without success. Trying to reach an actual person is a joke. Went there after having difficult breathing for over a week and then getting hit with a pretty bad cold. I never go to the doctor-it'd been 15 years, but this was pretty scary. Dr. Sindhav asked me the same questions several times and couldn't seem to understand my response: " the breathing difficulty started a week ago. The cold symptoms started 3 days ago."
