We were educated and not talked down to or dismissed. Everyone was friendly, yet professional.
Dr. Parry really listens to what I have to say, treats me with respect, and provides me with the kind of care I need from a neurologist. He’s actually read my file and knows my history, too. He’s done a lot for me already, and he continues to work towards making my life better.
I felt nervous going to a neurologist at my age(66). As a senior, you automatically think the worst, especially when you’re already seeing 5 specialists. Dr. Parry was very warm and friendly. He had reviewed my chart beforehand and knew all about me, which was very refreshing. He doesn’t speak “doctor”, but talks to you plainly and makes sure you understand his conclusions about your condition. I loved how he took me seriously and took the time to both listen to me and explain things thoroughly. I also liked that he is committed to empowering patients to make their own health decisions.
