Dr Rutman was curt during my visit. Did not listen to my concerns. That’s fine. I be been doing business with physicians for over 40 years. He does not need to have empathy for his patients, but he does need to listen to patient concerns. He didn’t, so I’m done with him, and his condescending attitude. Intelligence without empathy is arrogance, especially in medicine. All patients deserve understanding and dignity. I received neither.
