If you read this and are looking for a doctor, go somewhere else! This Dr over prescribed me to fix a problem. When I complained that I wasn't feeling well he shortened the time between doses. Complained again and he said it wasn't his issue. Contacted patient advocacy and they fought to get me to see a different doctor, who couldn't help me because Dr. Gilbert had already said my issues were not related to their work. Dr. Gilbert is an excellent endocrinologist and a great person. I wouldn’t change to a different endo if given an opportunity.
Dr Gilbert has been my family endocrinologist for a long time now. He is knowledgeable about my rare familial genetic disease and always is prepared for my appointments. I hope he never leaves. I trust him more than any other doctor and appreciate his kindness immensely. He treats me like a human being with a brain! He never makes me feel like a problem or a bother. He remembers important details I find others don't. I am very thankful for having him as my endocrinologist
