Here is my recent experience with ProScan: February 11, 2026: Meet with my Dr. to review a CT scan performed by ProScan Imaging on January 22,2026. It is determined the scan was done incorrectly so another scan is required. February 16, 2026: My preference is to have the scan performed at NCH because I am not confident ProScan can perform this simple test. NCH recommends that I schedule with ProScan. I will grant them the fact they were quite efficient doing my MRI. However, when I went back to get a CD of the scan, I was amazed at how rude both people were. They insisted no less than 6+ times that they had already given me a CD. No matter how many times I said they had not, they kept at it. With attitude, they did hand me a CD. The person behind the glass went as far as saying something about 'my son'. I do not have children, and I pointed this out. They clearly were mistaking me for someone else. Recently had an MRI at the Polaris facility. If I could rate the staff at the facility separately, I would give them 5 stars. However, I would give their billing sdepartment/system O stars. Three weeks prior to my scan, I provided them with all health insurance information ( 2 different companies), and received a copay quote, which I paid at the time of service. Two days later, I received a text telling me that I actually owed them 4X's more thanthe original quote. These texts came at regular intervals. Despite paying ... read more
Deb is a great nurse. She is nice and very patient to clients. You need more staff likes her to manage the places so it's can be more successful.

I had an MRI done at the facility at 15420 Collier Blvd. in Naples FL on September 5, 2023. It was a horrible experience. The operator, Chantra, seemed to be either impaired or of very low intelligence. She told me to do things that were unsafe and inane. When told of my concerns, she gave random, nonsensical answers. I have no confidence that she operated the MRI in a safe manner either. Picktown - ProScan made a much-dreaded situation much better! My first MRI years ago was a terrible experience, and I was dreading this one. BUT the Pickerington ProScan office was all gems! I couldn't be happier with it. Lindsay in the office was most helpful with the paperwork, and Tanya & Serena made the whole experience more relaxing while still getting the job done. First time here and was impressed with the greeting I was given by Deb and the attentiveness. Very clean and comfortable. I certainly would recommend this place.
