Dr. Otis was great today. I had a strep swab done by a nurse before he came in and I didn't feel like it was a very good swab. Dr. Otis shared that it was negative and I questioned if it was a good result or not due to the swab not seeming the same as it has in the past. I was anxious to bring it up to Dr. Otis because I don't like to question medical professionals very much, but I did and he immediately offered to re-swab. Dr. Otis was so caring while I was suffering. Soft spoken, dimmed lighting and thoroughly reviewing my symptoms. I couldn't see my regular doctor at the clinic. His care was tops! I started the day with a migraine and can now write this review. I will see Dr. Otis when I am need a care on the same day! Thank you!
