The worst customer service. Good luck if you can ever get them on the phone... they never answer or emails!! I switched car insurance to Clearcover and am paying 1/3 of what i was paying and have more coverage.
The worst agent I never seen. They don't even pick up phone for a new quote.
Truly the worst and most unresponsive agent I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know if there is anyone even in the office at this point. They never pick up, don’t respond to email, and never return calls. TERRIBLE.
