Matthew Nelson is not a person I would NEVER buy a house from. The home that he sold my girlfriend in September of '22 should never have passed inspection nor sold to her. Matthew recommended the home inspector for her to use and I believe he colluded with the inspector to overlook key issues with the plumbing and water damage, and gave her faulty information so that she would proceed with the purchase. Matthew Nelson has a very professional aspect about him, he really learns the type of house you are wanting and does a fantastic job keeping up with you and sending you houses that are exactly what you are looking for. He is super personable and knows a lot about the structures and aspects of the house that the Inspector would know. Would definitely recommend him to other people as he knows what he is talking about.
