Matt no-call no-showed TWICE. I gave him the benefit of the doubt after the first time and got burned again. Both appointments were within the advertised business hours. I waited for over an hour each time. I took time off work to be at these appointments all for nothing. Such an absolute waste of time. Matt didn't even have the courtesy to call me back and try to make things right. He must be too busy racing, playing with his band, or doing home renovations to run a legitimate business.
