The front office staff very nice. I liked Dr. Moretti. It was my first visit. Spent time with me and was easy to ask questions. Didn't feel rushed. Office building and inside run down but ok. Seems to be common to Holy Cross physician buildings.
Dr. Moretti was recently assigned to be my primary care physician. Honestly, I got so frustrated with the medical stay ten years ago that I pretty much threw in the towel. I had an issue that landed me in the hospital and decided to get serious about my health again. I was super impressed with his bedside manner, knowledge and patience. He was extremely thorough and I could not be happier. He’s a gem!
I appreciated my experience with this doctor. He is very direct knowledgeable and knew how to speak with me. It’s hard to take medical care when you were originally a healthy person but conditions have come that I’ve required you to received service from a doctor and Dr. Moretti seems to be a guy who can connect with you on a human level man-to-man
Good doctor. I've been going to him for several years. Easy to get appointments. Easy to talk to. Holy Cross's practice is well run. Easy to get prescription refills. Dr Moretti promptly responds to correspondence on MyChart. He also reviews patient records from other hospitals such as Cleveland Clinic for applicability to his prescribed treatments. Dr Moretti has been knowledgeable about all my conditions and/or concerns. I recommend this doctor.
