We've been going to Dr. Modansky, my hubby and I, for over 12 years and there is a reason for that! He LISTENS! And he gets things done! And that is reason enough! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Dr M!
Two weeks ago I moved from Portland, Oregon to Atlantic Beach Florida and needed to arrange primary medicine care. I met with Dr. Modansky a year or two on some minor issues. When I came in for my Medicare general medical visit, his office has been superb in all respects. The office staff has been very efficient at getting records from my previous healthcare system and very efficient at arranging all follow ups. Doctor Modansky is okay but the staff are rude. I'm not speaking about one staff member but many. The staff will outright lie to you. I've been a patient for 4 years and have endured the crappy staff, but no more. I'm finished with them and will not recommend any longer.
I have had bad experience after bad experience at this office. I switched health care providers last year after waiting 3 months for an appointment here (I’ve been a patient since 2020), just for them to tell me when I showed up that they no longer took my insurance and that I would have to pay out of pocket to be seen. No one called to let me know of this change prior to the appointment and I was having a semi urgent liver issue that needed to be addressed.
