Office visit was OK. Delivery of test results very cold & impersonal with feelings of no care. Disrespectful with putting tests results in a portal. Not going back. I care more about me
Outstanding doctor who takes the time to explain your issues and listens to your concerns.
After 1 year seeing Dr. Milligan he neglected me because I went to my dentist for severe pain. He refused to see me concerning my bulging disk and diabetes. Very unprofessional. No excuse. He does not care about his patients.
Id be careful seeing this man, he fully pushed and got my mom addicted to pain medication, medically neglected me as a doctor and has never taken accountability or been held responsible.
