I had an appointment after an episode of diverticulitis. I saw the doc, Dr. Merriweather, he was good, knew his stuff. I should say at this point that I am an ICU nurse and work with docs of all specialties and have an excellent BS detector. The office made me an appointment over a month out, fine. 2 weeks before my appointment, A lady calls me and says the procedure is out of network and will cost me a lot of money.
