I saw Dr. McLaughlin only for an injection, but his bedside manner was non-existent. When I asked him what to do if this injection didn't work, he said I should live with my pain! That's the rudest thing any doctor has ever said to me, and that's inexcusable. I will be going to another office from now on.
Was very disappointed with my visit at CMO to see Dr. McLaughlin. The office visit itself was hurried, felt like an assembly line, staff was not friendly or helpful. I saw him on May 27th and as of July 15th I have yet to be set up for an MRI he wanted me to have. The problem is you can't reach the office anymore, calls only go to the lady who makes appointments off site! I have called numerous times and she doesn't understand why the office doesn't return my calls. I can't believe how much has change since becoming involved... read more
