As a newer patient, I will be following Dr McKenna to his new location. DMC doesn’t know the gem that they lost…
Dr. McKenna is absolutely the best. From what I understand, calling the office DMC has decided he is no longer needed by them, so I no longer need the DMC office in Milford. I look forward to, hopefully, find out through Google searches where he will be after this.
Matthew McKenna was promising at first, but over the last year has tanked. First few appointments he went from explaining people have lost trust in health care and its really tanked and he wanted to be a change, to him being that exact reason people have lost trust. He had a pleasant attitude and it slowly started to feel like an inconvenient race with each appointment. Dr McKenna is a very professional doctor. He also has outstanding bedside manner. He takes the time to answer all questions and even answers questions I didn’t know I had. He sent me for an X-ray after my appointment and called my with the good result not two hours after. I was amazed at his follow through. He was open to my suggestions and together we made a plan of care. I highly recommend him as a patient and as a retired RN. Five stars all the way.
