My mother was an inpatient at the hospital in the care of Dr. Marvin and his associates during this covid-19 outbreak. We, her family, received only one phone call from a doctor during her 4 day stay in the hospital. I can not tell you how upsetting it is to have your 90 year old mother in the hospital and not be able to see her to make sure she is alright. Then add to that the fact you have no doctor to give you information on her diagnosis or update you on her progress.
