I had a terrible experience with GEICO. My car was stolen, and even though I had documents provided when I bought the vehicle, GEICO denied my claim because the car wasn’t registered in my name. They refused to help, investigate, or guide me through the situation, despite me being a victim of fraud. I felt completely ignored, and their customer service showed no empathy or effort to resolve the issue. If you want an insurance company that actually protects you when things go wrong, I would strongly reconsider GEICO.
I showed up at 12:20 on Saturday and they where already closed
They were alright when I came into cancel my insurance policy, and it was because the price for moving went 5 times higher
They send you an email/ postal mail and give you a code to buy insurance online. And they just show a very low rate when you give your information online. And then it gets up without any reason when you try to finalize the quote. It happend many times with me. Just waste of time runing after them.
