I regret not checking review before going to this dentist. Front desk nurse is fine. Assistant nurse needs more training on how to take X-RAY. She made three tries and almost made me vomiting and still can not get a satisfying picture and was trying to spay anti-vomitting to my throat, which I never get from any of my former Dentist. Before asking me what happened, Dr. Lochetto came to me and start to blame me for not cooperating. I had four implants and have six dentists before. All of them are very professional and nice. Dr. Lochetto and his staff were wonderful. My own dentist failed to educate me on the treatment needed for my issue. Dr. Lochetto explained all my treatment options in detail. You can tell he knows his stuff and cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Was in for my first visit to Dr. Lochetto last week. I was recommended to him for a Root Canal. First off I'd like to say that the Staff was so professional and courteous.Called me back and were always pleasant. I wasn't looking too forward to this procedure. Dr. Lochetto had no personal skills and didn't have any empathy as a dental professional. He didn't perform thorough testing my teeth to confirm if a root canal was needed and immediately prescribed meds for an infection that didn't exist. I am angry at myself for not getting a second opinion before I allowed him to try to work in my mouth. Now I am stuck having to have my regular dentist repair a tooth that didn't need a root canal.
