I was referred to Dr. Lippas, a retina specialist, by Dr. Liu, my ophthalmologist for the cataract in my left eye. He wanted to make sure that I was a good candidate for cataract surgery. Well, after seeing Dr. Lippas and getting a very thorough eye exam from his staff, I can rest assured knowing that I meet Dr.Liu's criteria. I have scheduled my cataract surgery in a couple of weeks. This visit was the most thorough eye exam I've ever received.
Overall very good. Doctor Lippas explained yhe results of the various tests in a manner that I could understand. Only complaint is that I sat for over an hour in the exam room waiting for the Doc.
Great Dr.; quick to ID any issues (I was sent to Dr. Lippas for a second opinion); very informative, quick to see me, and inspect and look for any issues (in the end I had none)- a good communicator and he had a good nurse with him as well... highly recommend.
Even though we had to wait quite a while to see Dr. Lippas, he was very pleasant, informative, and reassuring. It was Sonja, his tech, that was really outstanding, explaining all the tests she put me through with the confidence, knowledge, and concern of a potential great doctor.
Very good service, short wait time. Dr Lippas answered all questions and performed a thorough eye exam. I will return in 6 months.
