This dentist has caused me much pain and distress. I had no pain before I went to Dr. Campbell. She did a lot of expensive restoration, and in the process moved my bite forward (without telling me). After that, she charged me for years for bite adjustments that made the pain in my mouth worse. Finally, I went to a pain specialist in Seattle who will need to build up my back teeth in order for me to eat normal again.
