I called to make an appointment to order diabetic shoes for my mother. She already had a prescription and I gave the insurance info when I made the appointment. I was told that she needed to see the doctor to order the shoes. So we made the appointment. Dr. Dozeman was not friendly at all—never smiled or used any pleasantries. She did the evaluation and then told us that our insurance (Blue Care Plus) doesn’t allow us to order her shoes at their office and gave us info for a place in Wyoming, MI. I saw Dr Seiler at South side office. They were the friendliest staff I've ever seen. Dr. Seiler did a wonderful job and always had a smile on his face. Great job!
