Dr. King is absolutely the best primary care physician I have ever met. He treats the whole person. He always listens to everything you have to say and addresses each and every complaint. I do not want to lose him as our doctor. I completely trust him and his staff with our care. I am going to need his new place of practice as Noone will be able to replace him. Thank you for years of wonderful service for Paul and I.
I was recently disappointed by Dr King and his staff. I am/was a patient of Dr Kings although I had not needed to see him in 4 years. I called to schedule a general physical exam in celebration of a milestone birthday. I was told - "since there has been a lapse of three years or greater since my last appointment - I was considered a new patient." I was then told "Dr King is not accepting new patients." So - since I am relatively healthy and haven't been to see Dr King in 4 years...I can't get an appointment. HORRIBLE CUSTOME... read more
Extremely disrespectful of patients time. Arrived first thing I the morning, no other patients. Made to wait 35 minutes. Wasted time, left. Do a better job with your customers.
Dr king has a very demanding job and he does it with care and professionalism.
