I read reviews of Dr Sherman and was hopeful that he would be a great doctor. When I met with him, I was reassured because he has fantastic bedside manner and seems very empathetic. I believed that this would translate into great care. I was given a pre-surgery call about medications. When I asked the person to slow down because I was taking notes the person on the other line became frustrated and told me to stop taking notes because all of this would be sent to me through an email.
