I never write a bad review , but a loved one tried to file here , they took all of our info and would not give us an updates for about a month or more and then called one day for an update and got told the person working on our case retired and they no longer do bank rup. this is very odd considering they have other attorneys that do bank rup in their office . it’s just very unprofessional to not give any updates and then randomly tell us they are retiring when many other law offices say it’s odd this would happen considerin... read more
STAY AWAY! I wish I could give 0 (ZERO) stars. I am VERY disappointed in this firm. This is the 2nd time we have used this firm and will be the last. The first time we used them it was a breeze, no issues, but this time TOTAL NIGHTMARE. This time we filed, we originally got started with Mrs. Brow - but shortly after we filed, we were transferred to Mr. Duncan. When we filed, we were told to skip that month's mortgage payment since it was right before Christmas, and they would have it deferred to the back of the plan, so we s... read more
