Very surprised by these reviews. I think people are looking for a best friend. I was not I need some one to cure my chronic issues and that he knew. He may take a bit to get back to you but he gets back to you with the right answers. I travel an hour and a half to see him. Thanks for caring doc. I am trusting you.
I would not recommend this Doctor. I went to him with an issue and receive no treatment for it. He ordered a ct scan and lots of lab work but did nothing with the results. Now I am stuck with medical bills. Speaking to his staff is confusing and they can't answer any questions. I have reached out through MyMercy but they don't repond there either. I feel totally uncared for and ripped off.
You have to call the office several times in order to have even a simple piece of paper signed and Dr. Tiefenbrunn is one of the most incompetent and narcissistic doctors I have ever worked with. I was over 35 and pregnant with my youngest and I had complications (preeclampsia). He told me that his wife had healthy pregnancies after 35 so what was my problem? I fired him on the spot.
If I could give him a zero out of 5 I would. Not even three sentences into my initial visit and he started by making sure I was not anti-vax before we could continue. Why I don't know, because I wasn't there for an immunization. He then proceeded to tell me that it was "all in my head" about a side effect from a medication that I had recently started taking.
