Nurses here need much more training. My sister’s  nurse on 4 West had to take her blood pressure(6) six times before she got a reading that she could use?? She came back in to take blood and I watched as she put the needle in (2) times and dug around trying to find a vein !!! My sister was crying asking her to stop because of the pain!! The nurse tried to justify herself by giving all kinds of excuses!! No empathy!! My sister is 78 years old. It was nothing short of elder abuse!!!

So....can you call the Humane Society if Norton Hospital is treating a patient in extreme pain like a dog tied up outside with no food or shelter? I've been waiting a week for a call from Norton's Pain Management for an epidural to relieve a pinched nerve that keeps me awake and makes it difficult to walk....I don't recommend Norton's Health Care....They are better building medical buildings and corporate expansion than actually providing health care.....They said it may take 2 weeks to get an appointment scheduled....unti... read more

Had appointment at 10:20, got in on time. After that things went down hill. Michelle Schear, APRN was rude didn't even look at me just at the computer. When I asked for a refill on meds, she refused. Said I failed a drug test I did Not even take, when I asked when this test was she said ,well I talked to my previous NP about alternatives to pain meds, so that's why she refused. Also when I spoke to her about feeling depressed she told me to " Get a job". I explained I'm a retired autobody technician I can't stand for long... read more

I don't know what all the negative responses about this great office and business not everyone gets exact same results but let me tell you I'm 55 years old for the past years I kind of had I don't know where I'd kind of hunch over and really use a walker and look down all the time I wasn't going to get a surgery between people trying to scare me and mere thought that I could do something by lifting twisting their bedding does scare me because I have my babies I have to take care of to the world they're for fur baby and their... read more

This office will bring you in for a copay to talk to you for 10 minutes with no treatment. Every time you have a follow up, it will be a different provider and likely a different location. The NP could not read an MRI properly and wanted another test only because she could not interpret. Also, you never get to see an actual doctor. Just NP's that are not trained to provide any reasonable or effective treatment. Go anywhere else but here.

My brother Malek Garawi wasn't seen but the doctor for a consultation due to being 20 minutes late due to construction and parking while having to be at work by noon. He had to wait an hour and Heather at the front desk was allowing people to go after him. He has torn his labrum. The glenohumeral ligaments are attached to the labrum which is a cartilaginous donut that surrounds the glenoid rim. They form the shoulder joint capsule, which provides stability to the glenohumeral joint. Half the arm elevation provided by motion ... read more
