Very poor office management and bottom line this practice is all about making money regardless of patient loyalty. I found this out when I had a change of insurance, and even after I made this clear to them of the limited coverage involved, they still performed X-rays that were not covered, indicated I needed a bridge, when this turned out not to be the case, and wouldn't do a cleaning which was the whole purpose of the apt.
