I was seen quickly and did not have to wait like other Drs appts, Dr Matthew is very knowledgeable and very caring!
Medical Service great! billing and detail medical procedure reports suck! Always have to ask for details of purchases that don't go through medical ins. co for FSA purchases. Why can't that be part of the printed receipt given - do procedures info. at all! Just "Self-Pay" and "Other" - headache to get documentation to prove medical action(s) done.
I haven't had any problems with my feet since coming to Dr. H. My feet were giving problems... had t trouble walking. Followed Dr. H's instructions. Whole staff are great at there jobs.
Went it after clipping my nail wrong and made ingrown nail they attended me fast I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Everything was very personable and pleasant. Office staff was very knowledgeable and caring. The doctor was very patient and explaining the condition of my foot and exactly what to do to take care of it.
