We've been with this practice for many years. Only after moving, did we realize what a gift this practice is! The hygienists are always great with my children of all ages and Dr. Matt takes time to explain any concerns or areas to be watchful for. He has a fun, relaxed demeanor that makes visiting the dentist a less dreaded event for the whole family. Highly recommend!
Myself and my family have been patients here for over 20 years and actually have personal relationships with the family. My husband called on my behalf at 12:23 PM stating that I would be 15 minutes late for my 1:00 cleaning. We were then called back at 1:00 exactly and told by Malory the front desk staff that if I were to be more than five minutes late, we would need to reschedule and that the next opening is in October (3+ months away). Highly disappointed in this.
Dr.Matt and his caring and professional staff are the best! They are wonderful and expert dental health problem solvers.
They are always so kind and accommodating at this office. 10/10 would recommend.
