Myself and my family have been patients here for over 20 years and actually have personal relationships with the family. My husband called on my behalf at 12:23 PM stating that I would be 15 minutes late for my 1:00 cleaning. We were then called back at 1:00 exactly and told by Malory the front desk staff that if I were to be more than five minutes late, we would need to reschedule and that the next opening is in October (3+ months away). Highly disappointed in this.
Dr.Matt and his caring and professional staff are the best! They are wonderful and expert dental health problem solvers.
They are always so kind and accommodating at this office. 10/10 would recommend.
Unfortunately, I was turned away from a routine cleaning because my teeth were in too poor shape to be cleaned without causing me pain. Instead of cleaning my teeth to the extent they could have, they turned me away with a treatment plan of almost $2,000.00 for a deep clean, on top of a copay for doing nothing but taking xrays and telling me just how busted my teeth are.
