My Dr is wonderful. I have a complaint regarding the staff. I do not understand why it would take so long for a perscription request to be sent to my pharmacy. I was called at 5pm on 1/10 by my Doctor advising that medication would be called in for me, at 12pm on 1/11 it has yet to be done. When I call (twice so far) all is get is that a message will be given to the nurse who is handling the request. That type of service is ridiculous!
Dr. Hammons is the first primary care physician in 15 years who actually would listen to me, and consider my viewpoint. I hope that he stays in the area for a long time. He is an asset to the community.
Dr. Matthew Barth is without doubt the best doctor I have ever been to. He stays abreast of the latest in medical advances, he listens to the patient, and he truly cares. There is nothing easy about being a doctor in this day and age. The really good ones, like Dr. Barth, are hanging in there in spite of long hours and increasing pressure from government and managed care interference. By far the best doctor Ive ever been to. Hes not just a doctor, hes a healer. Hes a great man who is great at what he does. No reservations whatsoever about referring anyone to him.
The absolutely best doctor I have ever seen! Hes not only a doctor, but a down to earth guy, he takes his time with you, on time appointments and answers all questions you may have. You never seem like a number, I have always felt comfortable no matter what I have been seen for. To top it off his nurse is incredible too. There are not enough words to praise his practice and I would never be seen by anyone but him.
Excellent MD. Realistic and "in-touch" with patients. Spends time with you and makes sure all questions are answered and listens if you make suggestions regarding your care. Instantly comfortable with Dr.Barth.
Great doctor. Very caring and down-to-earth and always listens and takes his time with you.
