Dr. Hubbard was great with all the stuff that went on and is still going on with my lymph nodes and tonsil. He did surgery twice (in different areas) and both times things went better than expected in my recovery. Whitley, his nurse, and the rest of the nursing staff were professional and caring. The receptionists were super nice and respectful. Overall, I would recommend this office and Dr. Hubbard to anyone who has any issues with ENT. Totally wonderful place.
This complaint is,not towards Dr. Hubbard in any way . It's basically in regards to how my fiance was spoken to by this so call Dr Neil. My fiance and I are highly upset by how she was treated and spoken to by him. I am guessing that the nurse was the scheduled the appointment with him a week or 2 in advance because Hubbard wouldn't be in office on that particular day . I assumed that all Dr's were supposed to show some degree of empathy and compassion towards their patients even if the outcome does look grim. His 1st words ... read more
