Endocrinology East has to have the most outdated call/patient service system of any third world county. Always experiencing higher than normal call volume, wait times to speak with anyone is over 40 minutes and then you speak with someone that will take a message and hopefully get it to someone that might call you back within a few days. Totally unacceptable. I have been waiting almost a month for biopsy results. After this issue is resolved, I will not return for future service.
