All I can say is that I now able to do partial squats after six weeks from my knee surgery. I hadn’t been able to do squats in decades, and can’t say I can’t remember the last time I do it I have all of his instructions along with my physical therapist, and the road recovery has been better than what Doctor Gotlin Had indicated. I know he was trying to temper my expectations, but I am thrilled with the results and how he treated me throughout the process.
