Horrible, rude staff. They are totally incompetent. BEWARE. My mother with Alzheimer’s was treated horrendously on multiple occasions
I’ve seen Dr Gordon for a little over a year now and am very satisfied with my experience. I’ve found Dr Gordon to be knowledgeable and most importantly, a doctor who listens to any concerns. I’ve never felt rushed. The nurses have been great as well. As mentioned in other reviews, the front office staff overall could use a more welcoming and cheerful demeanor, but they get the job done.
I have had a good experience with the dr. And the office staff. I get good responses when sending messages. Been having a lot of medical appointments lately and have found them to be helpful for my issues
Can't get any help an said there busy an nobody even in the lobby waiting an office lady didn't give a shit but say can't help u , what a great place, guess I need find a new primary dr that will see me
You can never get through the staff sucks
