Great amiable doctor.
Dr Gordon has been a gift to our family. He was the only doctor who caught a potentially dangerous symptom in my father and got him referred to a specialist, even though the past 2 specialists missed it. He has also been the only doctor I’ve had in a long time who takes the time to listen and really hear during appointments and also answers every My Chart message personally. He’s kind, patient, professional and thorough. We value him so much.
Horrible, rude staff. They are totally incompetent. BEWARE. My mother with Alzheimer’s was treated horrendously on multiple occasions
I’ve seen Dr Gordon for a little over a year now and am very satisfied with my experience. I’ve found Dr Gordon to be knowledgeable and most importantly, a doctor who listens to any concerns. I’ve never felt rushed. The nurses have been great as well. As mentioned in other reviews, the front office staff overall could use a more welcoming and cheerful demeanor, but they get the job done.
I have had a good experience with the dr. And the office staff. I get good responses when sending messages. Been having a lot of medical appointments lately and have found them to be helpful for my issues
