Took my elderly mom to an appointment for an installation of an estring with this person. He was a substitute for her regular doctor who was on vacation. He installed it in her rectum rather than her vagina. This made the $350 estring unusable. Are you really a urogynecologist? Now we are stuck waiting to see who will pay for a replacement due to his mistake. What a disaster!
