Wouldn't give them a 1 star if I could. There driver went against even the Police Officer to ONLY IMPOUND MY TRUCK instead of Towing it to my house! He was talking AROUND ME whenever I asked him Questions @ 4 AM when I am a woman w a problem scared in the middle of nowhere trying to retrieve one of our vehicles that I let someone borrow. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE if your a woman especially if your Female !
I cannot say much about their repair service but thier towing service is not reputable. They were referred to me by someone and I had them tow my vehicle. He loaded the truck up backwards and while he was going down the road the sunroof flew off. The driver called me and apologized and said he had never had this happen to him and that they would take care of it and to expect a call from his boss about next steps. Rodney (the body shop guy) is the BEST there is - hands down!!!!
Never fixed issues they caused by doing work that didn’t even need touched. People stole meds and money out of truck. Wasted $2000!!!!
