My husband had his first routine colonoscopy. We received 3 different set of instructions which were very vague. We thought we were following the procedure correctly but upon arrival found out, we didn't. Dr. Struttmann had the opportunity to reschedule but he decided to do the procedure anyway. If you want to be rushed and talked down to he's your guy. If you want to ask questions and understand go somewhere else!!!!! He is rude and has no bedside manner what so ever!!! If you try to ask a question, he will stop you instantly! I felt talked down to. He acted like he had better things to do and I'm sure he did. But, i was there trying to figure things out!!! Fortunately Dr. Struttman and Gastro Intestinal Associates are terrific because I’ve had to use their services on numerous occasions. There are many choices in Columbia but they are the best.
