AWFUL! Run far away from this doctor and this clinic. One of the worst experiences ever.
Very friendly staff, and Dr. Rein is such a nice doctor, love his bed side manner. He really does want what’s best for you
If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did i feel like i wasnt being listened to, some of my symptoms were completely ignored. In the month i was in his care, one test was run and no follow up even when i said my symptoms were getting worse. I was told im too young for this and too young for that without any conclusive testing. When i brought these concerns up with him I was told im questioning his medical knowledge and that if i dont like it i can find another doctor. Appointment for today was for 2:20. We arrived at office around 12:30. Before entering office, I took a SIP of water from fountain. I felt like I was choking hence the sip. I checked in, was taking back for procedure I'd say 1:00 ish. I had my jonnie on, machines hooked up, ready to go. I was then "refused treatment" by Dr for the sip of water taken. I was told I'd have to wait 2 hr after sip. Ok, my appointment is 2:20. I have time. "No sir, you will have to reschedule. He is booked now, and we close at 3:00". Came out, tol... read more
