Absolutely terrible experience. I was referred here; the nurse was passive-aggressive the entire visit, she kept grilling me about insurance. The doctor was completely clueless about coverage and gave me a prescription for my nails and didn't explain which medication it was or how to use it. He was genuinely nice, but I was still left in the dark and my nails actually got worse because of it. If you want actual good help, I recommend anywhere else.
I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor and their staff as I did at this office. Looking to establish care with a podiatrist that takes my insurance and to find some answers to a problem I’ve been having with my foot and ankle. I was spoken down to, belittled, and criticized for even being there. I called my original podiatrist office from the parking lot, who agreed I should be seen and made an appt. I will gladly pay out of pocket else where to be treated with some decency and respect.
Wish I had listened to the reviews, unfortunately this was the podiatrist my PCP referred me to. The procedure went well and doctor was nice at first visit, however billing issues are a headache. They require you to pay out of pocket before getting treatment and then refuse to cooperate with insurance. They blame the patient for any difficulties.
