Started off by telling me that a cortisone shot would not be covered so if I wanted the shot it would cost me $150.00 out of my pocket, being in pain I paid it. Then I was told I needed an air cast that would cost $300.00 out of my pocket then they would submit it to the insurance company for reimbursement. Very odd place. They kept trying to tell me my insurance won’t cover certain things. My insurance covers literally everything. They either don’t want to work with insurance companies or don’t want patients. My daughter went for an issue too, they kept trying to say her insurance doesn’t cover a cream she needed. Her insurance covers everything. Come to find out it’s over the counter. I said, if I had known that, I wouldn’t have called the insurance company multiple times. Don’t waste your time here.
