I had insurance issues with the office. Gave me misinformation, told me insurance didn’t pay. I spent hours trying to resolve it. They now owe me $300. Beware. Stay on top of every claim that is submitted.
I was having massive foot pain and couldn't walk properly, i had been to several foot specialist and unfortunately i wasn't making head way. I was recommend to Dr. Filippis office and from the first call it was so easy and a great experience. Dr. Filippi was able to diagnose not only the issue, but was able to come up with a practical protocol to resolve my issue and hence the solution to my pain. Thank you Dr. Filippi.
I first went to Dr. Filippi for chronic gout flares and help with my flat feet. He was kind, empathetic and warm. Thanks to Dr Filippi, I have turned the corner with my foot issues! Finding his practice was life changing for me as I walk now everyday without pain!
Expert casting of my fractured ankle and gave me an appt right away unlike the well known ortho group in our area who said they could see me in a week, whilst I was unable to walk. Had I known the broken ankle expertise that Dr Fillippi offered, he would have been my first call. Highly recommend.
Was called about a bill that was owed and was told that they were getting their lawyers involved if I didn?t pay it. The staff that called me about this matter was rude and inconsiderate. A payment plan was not offered until I had mentioned it. Then she told me I had to pay these high monthly payments that I can not afford. They didn?t even try to work out a reasonable amount.
