I was brought by rescue to Charlton Memorial and then to St Luke’s in New Bedford. Somehow I was blessed to have Dr Philips be my neurosurgeon. He informed me that I had large mass on my left frontal lobe. My wife and parents were able to speak w the Dr and he definitely gained their confidence. He is passionate, detailed and confident in his... read more
