I've had Dr Duke as my primary doctor for 18 years. I trust him completely even when it comes to adding specialist, I ask who he recommends. The staff is caring, respectful and professional.
You tell this guy what you want and he does the complete opposite. Arizona has definitely been the state where I've had the worse customer service.
Dr. Duke is knowledgeable while being patient and kind. His MA Alisha is super friendly and has a great attitude!
I recently visited Dr. Duke and his staff over on Watson.and as usual it was a pleasant visit. Guadalupe was cheerful and answered all the questions I had for her. Guadalupe explained to me what my vitals were and the ranges. Awesome service. Dr. Duke, one can’t say enough about him.
