Dr. Donovan has from day 1 took care of me like family, making sure I get the best treatment for my diabetic retinopathy improving it dramatically making the 45 minute drive a no brainer for me. There is nobody else I'd want sticking a needle in my eyes!
Yes the staff was very friendly. But I was put off by Dr Donavan when I first met him he was talking to me will itching a part of his body he could of turned around to do. That I am sorry is unprofessional of a Dr to do if front of a patient and being a female on top of it all.
Dr. Mathew did a wonderful job! Explained exactly what he was going to do, how long it would take and what to expect. Even through he was very busy he took the time answer any questions I had. Awesome Dr.
Newsome has always been a thorough informative experience for me. All questions answered in a manner I could understand, along with updates on any issues we’ve been dealing with . I highly recommend Newsome!
