Every doctor should be just like Dr. Barkoff. i suffered for years with ingrown toenail pain - he just TOTALLY PAINLESSLY removed most of my ingrown toenail. i should have done this years ago. he is just simply THE BEST ! He has an office on the upper west side of manhattan.
