Extremely Disappointing Experience I hired Matt to write a demand letter for a commercial lease dispute involving serious property issues and financial damages. What I received was delayed communication, bare-minimum effort, and no follow-through. Consultation was on 1/11. Agreement signed & Payment sent on 1/21.
