Always enters the exam room with a smile on his face. Explains the procedure/operation he will be doing in detail with expected results & asking for any questions or concerns. Never feel rushed by him, his fantastic nurses any of his staff. Day of procedure/operation everyone introduces themselves to you and explains exactly what they are doing as they prep you. I had a very positive experience after having hand surgery by Dr. Eichenbaum. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable regarding my arthritic hand and offered me a few option. Additionally, the staff in Dr. Eichenbaum’s office was very accommodating and helpful after the surgery, when I called with concerns about my healing.
This doctor has the absolute worst time management. I was scheduled for an appt a month ago. I waited an hour and a half before a member of the admin staff approached me and explained it would be another hour wait. They strongly encouraged me to reschedule my appt and claimed that he does this a often. At my rescheduled appt today, I walked in and checked in and sat down.
