This doctor has the absolute worst time management. I was scheduled for an appt a month ago. I waited an hour and a half before a member of the admin staff approached me and explained it would be another hour wait. They strongly encouraged me to reschedule my appt and claimed that he does this a often. At my rescheduled appt today, I walked in and checked in and sat down. I recently had minor surgery on my right index finger. The staff and Dr. Eichenbaum at the Limestone office,the DOS Surgi Center and the staff at the North Wilmington office were all wonderful from the call to schedule,to pre op paperwork, day of surgery to post op today. Every one I came in contact with was respectful & professional. Great Doctor, great staff.

I strongly recommend Dr. Eichenbaum and his staff. I had a total of three surgeries in a matter of 2 months due to trigger finger and carpal tunnel on both hands. After first right hand surgeries, done both same day, I called to schedule left hand surgery. I was in for left hand surgery in less than a month. I wanted to do it earlier, but Dr. Eichenbaum recommended to wait until right hand healing for a couple of weeks.
