My son had tubes placed over a year ago. He continued to have ear infections, and despite being informed that this would resolve his issue they continued. The doctor dismissed my concerns, was rough handling my child and also made inappropriate comment. Do yourself a favor - avoid this one.
Dr. Bruns did a septoplasy and turbinate reduction surgery on me last week. From my initial appointment, to my surgery, to my follow-up appt, he was great. He was thorough and no fuss. He was straight to the point. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.
He’s dismissive and interrupts. Plenty of good ENTs that have a decent bedside manner.. On top of that he’s just an average physician. Will not be taking my children back.
I had an appointment scheduled and was informed that they could get me in sooner. I took the appointment, which was for 330 in the afternoon. After the appointment, I hear a colleague ask, "you still here?!" At which point I heard him grumbling like it was MY fault. Totally unprofessional! Was refused a CT scan for sinus congestion, even after I informed him that 2 other doctors were expecting him to do one.
