Dr. Cupp comes to my home to take care of my handicap brother. He is always available any time I call. I couldn't ask for a better person to take care of him.
Would not recommend. As a hopsice physician he never sees the actual patient. Bases decision on incomplete information and has unsupported rationale for medical decisions.
