I want other patients to be aware of my experience at the Aurora Health Care clinic in Two Rivers. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Conrad, but my appointment was canceled after I questioned the consent form I was being asked to sign. I was told it was a consent form for treatment, but when I actually took the time to read it, I saw that it included much more than consent for medical treatment. Dr. Conrad and his entire staff are amazing. They have never made me feel rushed, always answered any questions, and discussed all options available to me. I would recommend them to anyone.
